We’ve also seen a year-over-year decrease in the price of 5% in home values in Rancho Etiwanda Estates.

However, despite the decrease in prices, homes are still selling for an average of 98% of their asking price, indicating that there is still some demand and competition among buyers.

One of the main factors driving this competition is the low inventory in the marketplace, with only one month’s worth of inventory available. This continues to contribute to the overall trend of a seller’s market.
